Associate/Senior Associate-IP and Corporate Law

An Associate/Senior Associate is required at our firm to handle the firm's IP and Corporate Law Practice. The primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing IP and corporate commercial agreements such as NDAs, technology transfer agreements, joint development agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, term sheets, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents. The candidate should have a strong understanding of India's IP laws and corporate commercial transactions. The candidate should be proficient in research, drafting, and negotiating IP and corporate commercial agreements.
