Join the Global Delivery Network (GDN) at KGS MC as part of the Powered Enterprise journey – an outcome-driven business transformation initiative. We’re seeking a motivated and technically sound Associate Consultant to contribute to innovative ServiceNow implementations across global clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM modules.
• Support platform administration and integration with existing systems.
• Assist in business process alignment and platform customization.
• Prepare technical design documents and unit test cases.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development and configuration.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to implement new solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of total IT experience with at least 1 year in ServiceNow implementation/customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM module (mandatory).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Ajax, and web-based technologies.
• Exposure to ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP protocols.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ITIL processes.
• Good communication and time management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• BTech/BCA/MCA or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
• ITIL certification (preferred).
• Experience with Service Portal is an advantage.
