Position: SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant / Data Migration Lead
Experience Required: 6 – 9 Years, Upto (26 LPA)
Location: Bng/Hyd/Pune/Coimbatore/Noida/ Pan India(remote position numbers are very less)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant / Data Migration Lead with strong expertise in:
- SAP ABAP / ABAP on HANA Development
- SAP S/4HANA Data Migration / Data Conversion
- SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and LTMOM Enhancements
- Legacy Data Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Validation & Transformation
- BDC / LSMW / BAPI / Function Modules based uploads
- Smart Forms / SAP Scripts / PDF Mailers
- Interfaces using FTP / RFC / Open Dataset / AL11
- BADI / User Exits / BTE / Enhancements
- Debugging, Performance Tuning & Technical Troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Data Migration activities for implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
- Handle migration object enhancements and custom technical conversion programs.
- Perform legacy to S/4HANA data transformation and post-load validation.
- Develop ABAP reports, upload programs, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
- Work closely with SD/MM/FI functional teams for business process alignment.
- Participate in SIT/UAT, defect fixing, hypercare, and post go-live support.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP / ABAP on HANA experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
- Expertise in LTMC and LTMOM
- Hands-on with BDC, LSMW, BAPI, Function Modules
- Smart Forms / SAP Scripts knowledge
- Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BTE
- Interfaces: FTP / RFC / AL11 / Open Dataset
- Strong debugging and SQL performance tuning
- Good understanding of SD/MM/FI business processes
Preferred Skills
- S/4HANA upgrade remediation / code adaptation
- ECC to S/4HANA migration strategy exposure
- Client handling / onsite coordination
- Technical documentation and UAT support
- Automotive / Manufacturing domain exposure
Preferred Project Exposure
Candidates with experience in the following projects will be preferred:
- SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Projects
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Conversion Projects
- SAP Rollout / Implementation Projects
- SAP AMS / Production Support Projects
