Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $128,084 -$169,711 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Essential Functions:
Required Experience and Capabilities:
- Proven experience leading change for complex, enterprise scale transformations focussing on both business and ERP
- Demonstared ability to operate at multiple levels from detailed execution to executive level strategy
- Comfortable with “getting hands dirty” working through ambiguity, incomplete information and evolving scope
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect change acitivities to operational outcomes
- Excellent stakholder management and communication skills across executive, leadership and frontline audiemces
- Experience working with or alondside a System Integrator in a structured delidery environment
- Excellent attention to detail and excellen problem solving skills
- Sound internpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect, and foster a collaborative working relationship amongs a diverse audience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation). Able to liaise with key stakeholders across the organization in technical and non-technical roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPOint, Excel, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company
Education & Minimum Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Organizational Change, Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of experience leading change management for complex, enterprise scale transformations, preferably involving ERP or large technology enabled transformations preferably within a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
