The role involves conducting IT assessments, data strategy initiatives, benchmarking, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making within defined timelines.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Job title: Support Analyst - Healthcare<br></strong><br> </div><div> <strong>Experience: 3–6 Years<br></strong><br> </div><div> <strong>Location: US-Based / Remote<br></strong><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Conduct IT current-state assessments, including application inventory, workflows, and organizational structure.</li> <li> Perform healthcare IT benchmarking by collecting, analyzing, and comparing data such as staffing ratios, costs, and processes.</li> <li> Support data strategy initiatives, including data evaluation, structuring, and alignment with business objectives.</li> <li> Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all analysis and client deliverables.</li> <li> Identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities using data-driven insights.</li> <li>Support development of data models, financial models, ROI frameworks, and prioritization matrices.</li> <li> Create client-facing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.</li> <li> Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Required Skills:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li> 3–6 years of experience in IT Strategy, Healthcare Consulting, IT Advisory, or Data Strategy roles.</li> <li> Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data modelling, and benchmarking.</li> <li>Experience in IT assessments and healthcare consulting engagements.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li> Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive summaries.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul><div><strong>Good to Have:</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience working with US healthcare clients </li> <li>Exposure to IT transformation or strategy projects</li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
