About the role

Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting in the receiving processes, maintaining accurate inventory and supporting overall logistics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Check In: Verify and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and quality, and update inventory records
  • Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse stock to ensure a clean and efficient workspace
  • Parts Availability: Assist in research of availability of parts either within the retail facility pr from other sources as necessary
  • Administrative Support: Assist with purchase order reconciliation, complete and organized part invoice files
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or automotive parts environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated to complete tasks with accuracy
  • Proactive communication
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Satisfactorily pass background check
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills
