Ryanair Group International Grad Programme 2026 We are seeking ambitious, talented university graduates to join our prestigious 2-year Graduate Programme. This programme will provide you with exposure to a range of departments and disciplines across the Ryanair Group, helping you develop a broad skillset that will set you up for a successful career with us. As part of the programme, you will undertake 4-6 month rotations across different functions, including commercial, operations, finance, IT and more. You will also receive formal training and mentorship, as well as the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic projects.
