Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rust Developer based in New Delhi. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance applications using the Rust programming language. In this role, you will write clean, efficient, and secure code, debug and troubleshoot software issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations. You will also contribute to the optimization of system performance and scalability and ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Rust programming, including experience developing, testing, and deploying Rust-based applications
- Strong understanding of system programming concepts, memory management, and multi-threaded application development
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database interactions, and related backend development methodologies
- Familiarity with distributed systems, networking protocols, and performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to changing requirements, and solve complex problems
- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Preferred: Experience working in a high-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
