Company Description THE NAARAD INITIATIVE is a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to information, essential services, and opportunities for rural and semi-urban communities. The initiative works closely with local stakeholders, community-based organizations, and public agencies to design and deliver impactful outreach programs at the grassroots level. The Rural Outreach Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, follow standardized communication guidelines, and help identify new villages or communities where outreach is needed. The position also requires building trust with community stakeholders, resolving basic queries from beneficiaries, and escalating complex issues to senior team members for further action.
