Graphic Designer

Key responsibilities: 1. Adhere to brand guidelines and deliver creative assets within defined deadlines 2. Use industry-standard graphic, motion, and 3D design tools to develop static and dynamic visuals across digital and print formats 3. Create illustrations, character designs, and doodles that align with campaign goals and audience engagement 4. Design brand logos and sub-brand identities with clear visual narratives 5. Develop creative assets including brochures, banners, social media posts, reels, thumbnails, explainer videos, and more 6. Retouch, enhance, and manipulate images and animations to ensure high visual quality 7. Produce animated videos, GIFs, and UI animations for social media, product showcases, and brand storytelling 8. Design and render 3D assets or mockups including product packaging, environments, and character models 9. Assemble final presentations and content for digital publishing and cross-platform distribution Requirements: 1. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or motion designer 2. Present a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character design, doodles, motion graphics, and 3D design 3. Show solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and storyboarding 4. Use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma for design tasks 5. Use Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and LottieFiles for motion design 6. Use Blender or Cinema 4D (or equivalent) for 3D design 7. Use Adobe XD, Figma, and Notion for prototyping and collaboration 8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset
