Designation- Associate-Tech Ops

Location-Nashik

Knowledge of SQL OR Linux Server, Troubleshooting, Coordinating, Resolving Issues & Tickets

Sharp knowledge on commanding part-like TOP, Load Avg, SCREEN, GREP OR CRON JOBS ETC

Managing EOD/BOD process

Support for settlement queries in Linux

Support to technical issues and queries.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Solid understanding of Incident Lifecycle processes

Perform functional testing to troubleshoot the issues.

Bug analysis and report to fix.

Linux certification is highly beneficial

Please note that a 2-year bond is applicable for freshers

Requirements

Daily Monitoring Jobs:

Handling Clients Calls through email(s)/Calls(s), if required remote support

Ensure a mail response & closure of the call through mail or phone.

Should be able to troubleshoot issues, Installation, deployment & Implementation of s/w.

Good communication skills, Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24*7)

Knowledge of the Share Market/Capital market will be an added advantage.
