About the role Our client is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta-Focused) to lead end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. You'll own strategy, build and optimise campaigns, write ad copy, and report on results, primarily for service-based businesses such as home improvement companies and healthcare practices. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients at once and collaborate closely with account managers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Strategise, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. Craft compelling ad offers and develop matching creative direction (e.g. lead-gen hooks, seasonal variations). Write ad copy and develop basic creative using Canva. Set up new ad accounts and resolve backend issues; well-versed in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of platform-level challenges with speed and precision. Run A/B tests, maintain campaigns over 3–12 months, and continuously optimise performance. Deliver reports using templated dashboards, including performance commentary and budget tracking. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and performance. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Media, with Meta Ads as the primary area of expertise. Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Confident in creating ad creatives using Canva, and familiar with leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline copywriting workflows. Familiarity with additional platforms including Pinterest, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok. Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of offer positioning, capable of crafting high-performing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Comfortable managing a high volume of client accounts (agency experience is a must). Client-facing experience is a plus, but not required. Skilled in producing ad copy and basic visual assets independently. Experience with video-based creatives is a plus.
