Minimum of 1-year call center experience in last 5 years
Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST.
Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, or Missouri, Alabama, Arizona, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, or Washington?
This is a remote position, do you have your own private work space and internet that can be hardwired into your home?
Starting pay for Tier 1 Contact Center Agent: $17.00hr

Here at the Rue Gilt Groupe our Contact Center Associates are providing amazing member experiences in a fast-paced, employee focused environment. Our Associates are experts at building relationships and looking for creative ways to support our Members as they help place orders, answer questions, manage returns and find resolution for any issues. Our center is open 7 days a week 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST to help our Members.
