Data Scientist

RUE GILT GROUPE is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our fast-growing, data-driven business. In this role, you will play a key part in driving data-backed business decisions and insights to help the organization scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions that deliver measurable value. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support key business initiatives and decisions • Construct and analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights • Build and optimize predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements • Leverage appropriate data sources, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that drive business impact • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering)
