We’re looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails Architect who can lead system design initiatives, build scalable backend ecosystems, and drive engineering excellence across modern cloud-native platforms.
Ruby on Rails (ROR) Architect | Remote | Immediate Joiner Only |
Scope:
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Ruby on Rails applications.
Lead backend architecture decisions for enterprise-grade distributed systems and microservices.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
Drive code quality, scalability, maintainability, and engineering best practices.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Optimize database performance and application reliability.
Contribute to CI/CD automation and infrastructure scalability.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
- 3+ years of experience in an Architect / Technical Lead role
- Strong expertise in:
- System Design & Scalable Architecture
- Microservices & Distributed Systems
- RESTful API Development
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- NoSQL databases like Redis or MongoDB
- AWS Cloud Platform
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Design Patterns & OOP Principles
- Clean Code & Performance Optimization
Desired Skills:
Experience with React.js and modern frontend technologies
Exposure to full-stack product development environments
