We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team on-site in India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing robust web applications, solving complex problems, and working in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Version control experience with Git.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms.
