Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Ruby on Rails Backend Developer. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining backend systems, developing and optimizing application architecture, and implementing Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use Test Driven Development practices, and support front-end integration efforts to ensure robust and scalable system functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development, with a focus on Ruby on Rails (v7+)
- Knowledge of Front-End Development (Vue4/NuxtJS) and ability to collaborate on seamless implementation
- Proficient with AI Co-Pilot tools and integrating AI/ML and/or Data Analytics features in Software Applications
- Strong foundation in OOPS, RestfulAPIs, and Containerization
- Proficiency in building Enterprise Applications to scale
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred
Past Work Experience:
At least a minimum of 3 Years hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise applications and >90% match to above listed qualifications.
