About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Technical Program Manager intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you'll assist in managing our on prem product delivery by aiding in the coordination of our engineering teams and aligning all groups towards high-quality, timely releases. You will be closely mentored by our experienced team and get first-hand experience in driving the improvement of our release management processes throughout the validation and deployment lifecycle. You will be playing a critical part in our software development process by collaborating with stakeholders and understanding the components of the release and their associated technical complexities. This role will provide you the opportunity to learn how to navigate complex situations while evaluating risks and aligning with business priorities. You will learn to manage tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and developing your technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include assisting in driving release metrics improvement, learning to communicate the current release status, and helping in delivering process improvements. Responsibilities include: Coordination and Communication: Assisting in acting as the central point of contact for all On prem release-related activities. Coordinating with engineering teams to support successful releases. Assisting in the communication of release schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders. Quality: Helping maintain robust qualification processes to ensure the reliability and stability of releases. Collaborating with teams to assist in the development and execution of testing strategies for each release. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in the development of mitigation plans. Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact release timelines. Continuous Improvement: Assisting in the evaluation and improvement of release processes. Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation in the release pipeline.
