Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rubber Technologist located in Salem. The Rubber Technologist will be responsible for developing and testing rubber compounds, optimizing rubber manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control in rubber products, and collaborating with engineering teams on rubber material selection.
Qualifications
