Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rubber Technologist specializing in Research and Development, located at the company’s facility in Manesar. The role involves conducting research on rubber compounds, developing new materials, and optimizing existing rubber formulations to meet performance and cost objectives. Responsibilities include material testing, maintaining compliance with industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality control during production processes.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of rubber compounding, polymer science, and material properties.
- Experience in formulation development, material testing, and troubleshooting in rubber manufacturing.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and quality control measures related to rubber products.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills to develop and refine new formulations.
- Good communication, teamwork, and technical report-writing abilities.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for rubber manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Manesar location for hands-on tasks and collaboration.
