This Admin Coordinator position works on-site in Otsego, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8-hour shift
Perform a variety of routine to moderately difficult administrative, office support, and customer service duties to ensure the workflow within an operation, which may include management, warehouse support staff, warehouse associates, maintenance staff, and associated customer(s).
Responsibilities:
Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing administrative support to an operation, including but not limited to answering phones, ordering and maintaining supply inventories and delivery schedules, tracking software data.
- Monitor and provide timely and accurate updates to various software programs for warehouse management systems, maintenance and vendor invoices, and billing in a timely and accurate manner assuring deadlines are met.
- Provide customer service support for customers, vendors, and operations support staff.
- Provide assistance and support in warehouse responsibilities including task distribution management, reporting, compliling KPI metrics, customer communication, document filing and retention. Properly use the warehouse management systems to ensure all required operational data is accurately captured in a near real-time manner
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
