About the role

Job Purpose:

Assists in growing partnerships and investments through research, analysis, and due diligence, while mentoring team members and ensuring workflow efficiency and policy compliance.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating potential investment and partnership opportunities by conducting market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
  • Support the structuring and negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with RUA’s strategic goals and financial objectives.
  • Contribute to due diligence efforts, risk assessments, and deal structuring to ensure value creation and long-term success.
  • Assist in monitoring ongoing partnerships, tracking performance metrics, and providing recommendations to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration, information flow, and project execution.
  • Maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and key stakeholders to explore business growth opportunities.
  • Support the line manager in managing communication with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and strategic partners.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and investment risks to support business development strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on partnership performance, financial outcomes, and market insights for senior management.
  • Mentor and guide professional level team members, ensuring they develop necessary skills and contribute effectively to business development initiatives.
  • Oversee task execution within the team, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and efficient coordination within the department to meet project deadlines and business goals.
  • Ensure business development activities comply with relevant regulations, investment policies, and corporate governance standards.
  • Adhere and support the implementation of policies, procedures, and control mechanisms within the department to enhance operational efficiency.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications or a master’s degree are preferred.
