About the role

RTX is looking for a Workday Recruiting Specialist to join our HR Digital Technology team. You will support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Workday Recruiting module across our business units. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition partners to ensure our systems align with business needs and deliver recruiter efficiency, strengthen candidate experience, and ensure our technology scales with the needs of a growing, global organization. What You Will Do: Execute and monitor Workday Recruiting projects and change requests for existing, new and future configuration across the organization with an eye on scalability and successful operational transition into production Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements and key design decisions, transforming them into effective system solutions Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance for system updates, ensuring data quality and process accuracy Provide prototyping of new Workday features and capabilities staying current with Workday releases and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production Support and HR Operations and other global stakeholders Help resolve production issues and act as a point of escalation for recruiting-related system support Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usability
