Job details:

·    Knowledge to perform and deliver one or more of the following R2R activities:

·    GL Accounting

o  Statistics data entry / uploads

o  Prepare, Review and Process Journal Entries

o  Cost Allocation

o  Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes

o  Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries

·    Period End Close, Reporting

o  Compile period-end reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually)

o  Complete tax workpapers and reporting

o  Management and tracking of the close checklist

o  Perform reconciliations, including BS reconciliations

o  Reviewing transactions and adjusting entries,

o  Preparing financial statements

·    Internal Controls

o  SOX Reporting

o  SOX & risk compliance activities

·    Provide necessary documentation and reports for financial reporting.

·    Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.

Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices in R2R function

·      2-4 years of previous work experience

·      Freshers – basic accounting knowledge and computer skills / MS Office

·      Basic / working knowledge of Finance processes

·      Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

·      Prior experience in BPO sector (preferred)

R2R function specific knowledge (preferred)
