Job Title: RTO Operations Executive

About the Role
Lane Technologies is looking for an experienced RTO Operations Executive to manage all RTO related activities in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with the RTO, car commerce, or a driving school and should be well-versed with the end-to-end vehicle and driving licence processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all RTO related work including Learner's Licence (LL), Driving Licence (DL), vehicle registration, and other documentation.
- Visit the RTO regularly and coordinate with officials to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Resolve documentation issues and ensure smooth execution of all RTO processes.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Success teams to provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all applications and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with RTO officials and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in RTO operations, driving schools, car commerce, or the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of RTO procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Two wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
