Role Description The RTO Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily RTO operations, ensuring timely processing of applications, documentation, and coordination with financial institutions and internal teams. The RTO Manager will monitor workflow, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The role includes managing stakeholder communications, resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The RTO Manager will also support training and guidance for team members and contribute to operational planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in RTO or operations management within financial services, lending, or related domains.
- Strong skills in process management, workflow coordination, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to financial products and RTO operations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other operational tools; comfort with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead or guide teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in fintech or with banks/financial institutions in India is preferred.
