This is a full-time on-site role for an RTO & Insurance Executive at our Siliguri location. The RTO Executive will manage vehicle registration processes, handle document verification, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and liaise with Regional Transport Office authorities. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with queries related to documentation and ensuring a smooth and efficient registration experience. Must be fully acquainted with Vahaan Portal.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with RTO registration processes, regulatory compliance, and documentation handling
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Effective communication and customer service skills to assist customers and liaise with authorities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for recordkeeping and data entry
• Ability to work independently under deadlines in an on-site role
• Knowledge of Royal Enfield products and services is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within the automobile industry is preferred
