Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an RTL Lead based in Bengaluru South. The RTL Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and verifying Register Transfer Level (RTL) code as part of complex digital design projects. Responsibilities include architectural design, coding, and simulation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. The role demands a strong understanding of VLSI design methodologies and involves providing technical guidance to team members, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in RTL design, Verilog, and VHDL
- Experience with simulation and verification tools such as SystemVerilog and UVM
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, including SOC architecture and micro-architecture design
- Debugging and analysis expertise using tools like Waveform Viewer and DFT tools
- Knowledge of synthesis and static timing analysis methodologies
- Problem-solving and leadership skills to guide team members effectively
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in RTL and semiconductor design; experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
