Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an RTFX Technical Services Manager. The manager will oversee technical services, provide technical support for financial products, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the optimal performance of banking platforms. The individual will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, addressing client concerns, and offering training to team members and clients on system functionalities. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges and improve system efficiency will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Technical Services, including implementing and managing financial technology solutions.
  • Proven skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve system and operational issues efficiently.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Experience in Training staff and clients on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
