We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical RTA - WFM professional to join our workforce management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real-time adherence monitoring, workforce planning, and operational efficiency to ensure optimal staffing levels and service delivery.
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai, India
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office, Rotational Shift

What You'll Do:
🎯 Monitor real-time adherence and agent performance metrics
📊 Analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights
📅 Create and maintain accurate staffing schedules
🔍 Track service level agreements and KPI compliance
📈 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports
🤝 Collaborate with operations teams to optimize resource allocation
What We're Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience in workforce management with 1 year as an RTA.
✅ Strong understanding of SLA and its metrics like Shrinkage, Occupancy for an international process
✅ Proficiency in WFM tools like eWFM, Alvariya, NICE, Verint and Advanced Excel
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Strong communication and coordination abilities
✅ Ability to work in fast-paced environments
