Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Data Intelligence Onsite | Boston, MA 02210 9-Month W2 Contract | $35–$45/Hour (Based on Experience) Russell Tobin is proud to partner with one of the world's most innovative technology and logistics pioneers in their search for a Business Analyst to support their Global Robotics Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact supply chain and operational analytics in a dynamic, data-driven environment! What You'll Do As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in building and optimizing dashboards that provide insight into critical supply chain metrics such as on-time delivery, delivery health, and inventory status. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in robotics and operations to bring clarity and foresight to fast-moving logistics. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end dashboards using Tableau and AWS Quicksight Leverage advanced SQL to query large datasets and extract actionable insights Partner with supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders to understand and deliver data needs Support program and project management initiatives across robotics operations Translate complex data models into meaningful visuals and business narratives What We're Looking For Top 3 Must-Have Skills: Data Visualization & BI Tools – Strong experience in Tableau, SQL, and Quicksight SQL Expertise – Ability to manipulate and query complex datasets Supply Chain Fluency – Experience working with operations, logistics, or manufacturing teams Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) Familiarity with Python or R is a plus Strong project/program management skills Excellent stakeholder communication and business storytelling
