📍 Location: Andheri W,Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest RSVP processes, confirmations and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate guest databases and attendance trackers.
* Coordinate with clients, guests, vendors and internal teams.
* Handle event registrations, guest queries and on-ground coordination.
* Ensure smooth execution of event operations and guest management.
* Prepare reports and provide regular RSVP updates to the team.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Prior experience in events, hospitality or guest relations preferred.
* Immediate joiners preferred
