Role Overview:
We are looking for an RSVP Executive who will be responsible for managing guest responses and maintaining accurate guest data for destination weddings. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and a well-organized guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle RSVP tracking for wedding events (invites, confirmations, follow-ups)
· Coordinate with guests via calls, messages, or emails for attendance confirmation
· Maintain and update guest lists in Excel with high accuracy
· Track important details such as travel plans, accommodation, and preferences
· Share regular updates with internal teams for planning and execution
· Ensure data is clean, organized, and easily accessible for operations teams
· Assist in guest coordination before and during events (if required)
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Good communication and coordination skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Organized and process-oriented mindset
· Comfortable handling data and guest interactions
Experience:
· Fresher to 2 years of experience
· Prior experience in data handling, coordination, customer support, or hospitality is a plus
Training & Onboarding:
· Training will be provided on:
· RSVP handling process
· Excel tracking formats and data management
· Guest communication standards
· Ongoing support to ensure smooth role transition
Salary:
· ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on communication and performance)
