Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for RSM GT, ASM KAM MT, and SO GT positions. The responsibilities include managing sales targets, handling key accounts, developing strategies to optimize distribution in general trade, maintaining relationships with key clients in modern trade, overseeing inventory and logistics, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives. The role involves active collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and growth in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management
- Strong skills in Inventory Management, Distribution Optimization, and Supply Chain Coordination
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategies targeted at both general trade and modern trade channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the FMCG sector and understanding of spices, snacks, and food product markets
