Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for the Regional Sales Manager (East) role at Emami Paper Mills Limited. The role entails overseeing and managing sales operations within the Eastern Region, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The RSM will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, monitoring their performance, conducting market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the paper manufacturing industry or related sectors
  • Team leadership and management skills, including mentoring and performance evaluation
  • Excellent analytical skills for market research and strategy development
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for sales reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Educational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a regional sales management role is advantageous
