💊 Segment: Cardio – Diabetic
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional sales operations in the Cardio-Diabetic segment
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
Strengthen key account relationships with healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews
👤 Candidate Profile:
1–2 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Proven ability to build and lead successful sales teams
Strong expertise in target achievement and key account management
Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills
Strong discipline in reporting and compliance
