Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) based in Gurugram. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional or area-specific targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, leading negotiations, preparing reports, monitoring team performance, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth project execution. The RSM/ASM will also play a critical role in local market analysis and competitor research to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Team leadership and performance monitoring experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing regional initiatives
- Operational knowledge in the construction, infrastructure, or building materials sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and analytics platforms to track sales performance
