Job Title: RSA (Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer) – Databricks
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Remote
Availability: Immediate to 15 days preferred.
Certification: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional (Mandatory)

Role Overview
- Lead full-stack Databricks implementations including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.
- Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions in customer environments.
- Convert ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical designs and reusable implementation patterns.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while collaborating directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end delivery, build customer trust, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on builder mindset with 10+ Databricks implementation projects.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, troubleshooting, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Ability to represent engineering teams confidently in front of customer stakeholders.
