RPO Sales Leader Talent Solutions - India
Role Summary
The RPO Sales Executive for Talent Solutions RPO is responsible for driving new business growth and executing the APME sales strategy in alignment with global objectives. This role focuses on building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and delivering consistent sales performance. The position leverages ManpowerGroup’s Challenger Sales methodology and applies a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to sales execution.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The role supports the execution of regional and in-country sales plans that align with both global and regional strategies. This includes leveraging market intelligence and talent trends to identify new opportunities and collaborating closely with marketing and sales enablement teams to support pipeline development. The executive is responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline aligned to vertical and regional priorities, ensuring accurate CRM usage—such as Microsoft Dynamics—and meeting all reporting requirements. Sales tactics are continuously adjusted to meet or exceed individual revenue targets.
The role also involves customizing go-to-market strategies to reflect local and regional market dynamics and buyer behaviors. The sales executive contributes to multi-country and multi-brand sales opportunities and represents the country and broader region in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders is critical, including aligning resources and subject matter experts for bids and transitions and supporting the integration of ManpowerGroup brands and services into cohesive client solutions.

This role does not include direct people leadership responsibilities.
Other Key Details
The position is remote-based and involves regular pipeline reviews and MSD compliance. Key activities include client meeting preparation, delivering presentations, and supporting the execution of the Singapore, Malaysia, India, and broader APME sales strategy. This role requires consistent application of the Challenger Sales Methodology, use of data-driven and AI-enabled sales practices, and participation in strategic initiatives with key industry partners. Ongoing internal communication and engagement with the wider RPO leadership and sales teams are expected. Travel is limited, primarily within Singapore and Malaysia, and ranges up to 10–20% of the time, mostly in-country. The role carries an annual new business sales target of USD 1.5 million or more.

Key Outcomes and Success Measures
Success in this role is measured by achievement of individual new-logo sales targets, effective execution of in-country and regional sales strategies, and a high level of engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
Your responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
· Required qualifications include 7 to 15+ years of experience in RPO or talent solutions sales, preferably within the region, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
· This role requires a strong understanding of regional business practices and talent markets, as well as experience working in a matrixed regional and global organization.
· Additional preferred qualifications include multilingual capabilities relevant to the region and experience in related HR services such as outplacement, training, or managed service programs (MSP).
