Job Title: RPO Recruiter – Product Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter with strong product company hiring experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and product engineering roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities and experience working closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Identify and attract top talent using LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle hiring for software engineering and product engineering roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and meet tight hiring deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or headhunting.
• Strong understanding of technology hiring and product company hiring.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

✔ Experience hiring software/product engineering roles

✔ Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean)

✔ Immediate joiners preferred
