Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an RPA Operations Support Engineer. The role involves monitoring and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) workflows, identifying issues, and ensuring stable and efficient operations. The engineer will perform incident analysis, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Daily responsibilities include handling support tickets, performing system checks, maintaining documentation, and assisting in deployment and configuration activities. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve automation reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve RPA-related issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logs, performance metrics, and root cause analysis for operational incidents.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and end users.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills to manage servers, user access, configurations, and routine maintenance for RPA environments.
- Relevant experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming (such as Python, PowerShell, or .NET) and familiarity with SQL or relational databases is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple tasks, and respond to priority incidents in a timely manner.
