Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
1. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or similar technical roles.
3. Experience supporting or administering RPA platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, Power Build) is highly needed.
3. Solid understanding of:
4. Windows Server administration
5. Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
6. Networking basics (firewalls, load balancers, proxies)
7. Active Directory and security concepts
8. Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
9. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

11. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good-to-Have Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
1. Experience in RPA solution deployment in cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
2. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
3. Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
4. Exposure to ITIL processes and service management.
5. Experience working in regulated environments with compliance requirements.
SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1. Install, configure, and upgrade RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, Power Build) and their associated components (e.g., control room, orchestrator, databases, bots).
2. Monitor the performance and health of the RPA infrastructure, ensuring availability, reliability, and scalability.
3. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams (network, server, security, database) to manage RPA deployments.
4. Implement and maintain security controls and compliance standards for RPA environments.
5. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within RPA platforms.
6. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
7. Provide infrastructure support during RPA solution deployments and production rollouts.
8. Maintain and update technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
9. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for RPA systems.
10. Evaluate and recommend infrastructure improvements to support the growing demand for RPA.
11. Stay current on industry best practices, new RPA platform releases, and emerging technologies.
12. Support audits and compliance reviews related to RPA infrastructure
