Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for an RPA Developer. The RPA Developer will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to enhance client operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand process automation requirements, creating efficient software solutions, and troubleshooting any technical issues. The developer will also engage in testing, deploying automation processes, and providing ongoing support and optimization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Experience in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
- Understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and process optimization principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience in creating technical documentation for RPA solutions
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in consulting or working with industries such as Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing is a plus
- Understanding of AI/ML principles and cloud technologies is an advantage
