🌟 We're Hiring: RPA Developer - UI Path! 🌟
We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UI Path to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in automation processes and a passion for improving efficiency through technology.
📍 Location: Bengaluru, India
⏰ Work Mode: Work from office (3:00PM to 12AM)
💼 Role: RPA Developer - UI Path
What You'll Do:
🎯 Analyze business processes to identify viable automation opportunities
🔧 Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automated workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
📈 Write and optimize SQL queries (joins, stored procedures, views) to support automation data pipelines and reporting
🛠️ Debug and troubleshoot automations at both workflow and code level — including variable inspection, exception tracing, and log analysis
📚 Write custom UiPath activity code and extend workflows using C#/.NET libraries
🤝 Document business processes, automation logic, and technical specifications
🎯 Provide Level 2/3 support for deployed automations and assist end-users in issue resolution
🔧 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement
📈 Stay current with UiPath platform updates, best practices, and emerging RPA tooling
What We're Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath in a production environment
✅ Demonstrated proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RE Framework — not just familiarity
✅ C#/.NET programming knowledge: ability to write custom activity code, extend UiPath workflows with .NET libraries, and read/debug compiled components
✅ Solid SQL skills: ability to write and optimize queries involving joins, subqueries, and stored procedures
✅ Strong debugging skills: systematic ability to isolate and resolve failures at both workflow and code level
✅ Experience integrating automations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, REST APIs)
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
✅ Good communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Knowledge of Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus
Preferred Certifications (Nice-to-Have):
✅ UiPath Certified RPA Associate
✅ UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
