Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation bots using RPA tools.
- Support in the documentation of process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand automation requirements and convert them into technical workflows.
- Participate in process redesign and optimization activities to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing bots for performance and reliability.
- Learn and support internal automation frameworks and best practices.
