Job Summary
We are looking for experienced RPA Developers / Senior RPA Developers with hands-on expertise in one or more leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), or Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions. Candidates with experience in multiple RPA platforms and exposure to intelligent automation, OCR, IDP, APIs, and scripting will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Perform process assessment, feasibility analysis, gap analysis, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable automation solutions.
- Participate in solution design and prepare technical/design documentation.
- Develop automation using one or more of:
- UiPath
- Blue Prism
- Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Work across the complete RPA lifecycle including assessment, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Integrate automations with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SAP, web applications, desktop applications, and legacy systems.
- Monitor production bots and provide troubleshooting, maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolution for automation issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live activities.
- Follow RPA development standards, security practices, governance, code review, and change-control processes.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and operational teams to deliver automation within timelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to automation best practices where applicable.
Required Skills
RPA / Automation
- Strong hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Experience with at least one of the following RPA platforms:
- UiPath
- Blue Prism
- Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Power Automate
- Good understanding of RPA methodology and end-to-end RPA lifecycle.
- Experience in automation development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with exception handling and bot optimization.
