Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using leading automation tools
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions
- Develop reusable components and frameworks for automation
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability
- Handle exception management, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to development standards
Required Skills
- Knowledge of RPA tools (Brity RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced Excel (Macros and VBA)
- SAP scripting experience
- Understanding of automation lifecycle
Good to Have
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
