Roles & Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implementing/designing/operating automated processes with RPA tools, including providing go-live and post-production support
- You must learn and proficient in “Brity RPA”(In-house RPA solution )
- Willingness to learn other third RPA tools and RPA architecture.
- Understand company’s business processes and map systems to RPA tool.
- Ensure all work undertaken and system applications conform to Company standards and procedures and meet the agreed service levels
- Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements.
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advise to ensure successful project completion.
- Bank holiday cover for European users.
- The business has a fast pace environment and that the business changes require someone adaptable and willing to learn new areas.
Education
- Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent.
