Your Role
As a Blue Prism RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions, ensuring high‑quality delivery and adherence to best practices. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Senior Developers, and cross-functional teams to bring automation opportunities to life while also supporting production environments and incident resolutions.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation workflows using Blue Prism.
- Work extensively with JIRA and Remedy on Demand for incident, change, and request management.
- Support integrations and automation requirements involving SAP systems.
- Deliver high‑quality, maintainable automations following standards, best practices, and internal frameworks.
- Engage in both development and support assignments, including readiness to work night shifts when required.
- Collaborate closely with team members, Senior Developers, and Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work under tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of automation components.
- Perform daily system monitoring, generate operational reports, and support routine maintenance tasks such as machine restarts.
- Monitor Blue Prism Control Room, perform initial issue diagnosis, and escalate/resolution management.
- Participate in Agile/Waterfall projects as required by the engagement.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills and proactively investigate and resolve issues.
Your Profile
- 4–6 years of total experience with proven hands‑on experience in Blue Prism RPA development.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Experience using JIRA and Remedy on Demand for managing incidents and service requests.
- Exposure to SAP automation or integrations.
- Mandatory certification: Blue Prism AD01 or APD01.
- Strong development and programming skills with a passion for technical excellence.
- Ability to work on both Development and Support projects, including flexible night‑shift support.
- Proficiency in Control Room operations, monitoring, and initial troubleshooting.
- Experience performing routine system maintenance and environment checks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
