Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation workflows for desktop, web, and enterprise applications using Power Automate and UiPath.
- Configure, upgrade, and maintain RPA environments, including staging and production deployments.
- Collaborate with business teams to document process details and translate them into automation solutions.
- Test, debug, and optimize bots to ensure reliability and performance.
- Prepare and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and bot maintenance documentation in line with CoE standards.
- Create reusable workflows and components to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- Monitor and support bots in production, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on RPA trends, AI integrations, and new product features, applying them to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Power Automate and UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of automating processes across Web portals, Excel, PDF, Mainframe, and Citrix (attended and unattended).
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (scheduling, monitoring, deployment) or on Power Automate Cloud.
- Proficiency in C#.Net or VB/VBA with SQL Database; PowerShell knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI Center, Document Understanding, and integration services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of automation architecture, scalability, and maintainability principles.
- Awareness of other low-code/no-code automation platforms is desirable.
